About Us

Our story began in 1995 with Mr. MK Bhargavan Pillai, a reputed entrepreneur in East Bengaluru. With his stoic leadership and passion to enrich the residential life of East Bengaluru, he developed several boutique residential apartments in and around C.V Raman Nagar, Kaggadasapura, and Old Airport Road until his unfortunate demise in 2003. That’s when Model Builders & Developers, now Model Venturess, found a new leader in his son, Mr. MB Kailashnath who comes with several years of credible experience having worked in the construction and real estate development industry.

Model Venturess has been catering to middle-income housing requirements so far with residential apartment projects in Bengaluru city.
